How to Get Started

Step 1: Create an Online Account

Create a standard customer account at CarefreeWheelAndTire.com using your business information.

Please make sure your company name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address are entered accurately.

Step 2: Submit Your Dealer Request

After creating your account, email your dealer request to customerservice@shivomobility.com.

Please include:

  • Your business name
  • Confirmation that your onlline account has been created
  • The email address used to create the account
  • A copy of your valid resale certificate

What Happens Next?

Our management team will review your account and documentation.

If approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming your dealer status. Your online account will be updated with dealer-level pricing, allowing you to view preferred rates and place orders online.

If we need additional information or cannot approve the application, our team will contact you with further details.
