Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchased.

All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number. Please call 866-381-6910 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Special Order items are not eligible for returns. Returned merchandise will not be processed without the required RA number and will be returned to the customer. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise may be returned by US Post Office Service, UPS or FedEx. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, credit will be applied to the credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. The original and return shipping cost is not refundable. Refunds can take 2-5 days to appear in your credit card account

Custom made orders will not be returnable or refundable. A restocking fee up to 30% will be applicable to returns. 

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION, ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NO MISSING PARTS.

Carefree Wheel & Tire makes it a priority to protect your privacy. We will never share or sell the information we collect to anyone. The information we gather from you is used to fulfill orders and provide customer service.

Occasionally we may use the information to notify you about important site changes, new products and offers you'll find valuable. If you prefer not to receive this information you can always opt out.

We use a secure server when orders are placed at www.carefreewheelandtire.com. Our network is protected by a dual-layer firewall security system, making it virtually impossible for hackers or unauthorized users to compromise the integrity of our Web site.

SHIPPING TERMS

We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground, FEDEX and USPS standard and Priority mail from Southern California. 

Orders shipping outside the Continental US have special shipping prices. Please ask us for a quote if shipping outside the Continental US (this includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). International orders are typically shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Call or email us for a shipping quote
