280/250-4 Wheel assembly with PNEUMATIC TIRE. Tire and tube assembled on a HD 3 piece rim with Semi-Precision flange bearings. Tire and tube can easily be replace in the future by easily removing the 4 nuts from the hub.

Bore size available: 1/2", 5/8" & 3/4" Bearings and 1" Bushings.
